Vision/Philosophy
My educational philosophy is that every person who wants to have a B Mitzvah, feel valued, supported, and able to perform a B Mitzvah.
The values of empathy and equal opportunity are what drives me as a leader and as an educator.
As a leader, one must remain open-minded, be willing to adapt, and be open to sharing resources with others. These are reasons that motivate me to do the work that I am doing.
